These terms govern any use of the aurixadigital.com website and any project agreement entered into with Aurixa Digital Ltd(company registration number 17047388, registered at 24 Headingley Rise, Welton Road, Leeds, LS6 1EE, England). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Project engagements
Every client project is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms specific to that project. These general terms apply alongside, not instead of, that agreement.
Payment
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and final payment) are agreed per project before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, and content created for you) transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and up to date but make no guarantee that it is complete or error-free. The project scope finder and cost estimates it may generate internally are indicative only and do not constitute a binding quote.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aurixa Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
