You're a new agency — why should I trust you with my project?
Every project is led directly by our founder, a senior engineer — there's no junior handoff and no account manager between you and the person writing your code. We'd rather be upfront that we're new than manufacture a fake portfolio to look established. You get full senior attention on every project because that's all we take on.
How much does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope. We don't publish fixed prices because a landing page and a full web application aren't comparable — but every quote is transparent, agreed in writing before work starts, and won't change without your sign-off. Use the project scope finder on our homepage or get in touch and we'll come back with a real number.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run 3 to 8 weeks depending on scope and complexity, following four stages: Discovery, Design, Build, and Launch. Rush delivery in 1 to 2 weeks is available for smaller projects. You get a live staging URL from day one so you can see progress as it happens.
Who owns the code and design once the project is finished?
You do. Once a project is paid in full, full ownership of the code, design, and content transfers to you. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed per project — typically a deposit to begin, a milestone payment partway through, and a final payment on launch. Nothing is billed without a written agreement in place first.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support period as standard, covering fixes to anything that isn't working as agreed. Ongoing maintenance and support plans are available after that if you want us to keep monitoring and updating the site.
What if I don't like the design?
Design work includes revision rounds agreed upfront in your project proposal, so there's room to iterate before we move to build. We work in the open with a live staging URL, so nothing is a surprise at the end.
Do you work with businesses outside Leeds/the UK?
Yes. We're based in Leeds, UK, and work with clients across the UK, US, Australia, Canada, and India — everything is managed remotely with regular video check-ins.
